Preparation

Cut the pears into slices, add the juice of a lemon and leave to marinate.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a double boiler and let cool.
Whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
Add flour, cocoa powder and yeast, pouring milk gradually, so that the dough remains soft.
Stir in the butter and continue beating.  When the mixture reaches a smooth consistency (not too liquid) and no lumps, pour half of the dough into a greased cake tin of 24 cm and decorate with pears.
Cover with the remaining dough and even decorate the surface.
Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes at 180 ° C, oven.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
