Torta biscotto gelato

400g of flour
150g of sugar
150g of butter
2 eggs
chocolate chips

For the cream:
400m of whipped cream
180g of condensed milk
Chocolate chips

Form the dough for the two cookie disks by mixing flour with sugar, butter and eggs. Add the chocolate chips and put the panetto in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Then divide the dough into two and cook the two disks for about 30 minutes at 350°. If you want a tall and soft cookie disk, just add a teaspoon of powdered cake in the dough. Prepare the cream by mixing whipped cream with condensed milk and chocolate chips. When the disks have cooled well, add the cream to make a sandwich and place in freezer for 4 hours. Add melted chocolate to the top of the cookie.
