TIRAMISU IN A BOTTLE



THE PREPARATION
Take two bottles and cut the upper end. Subsequently cut in half in the lengthwise direction so as to create a retort of mold for a socket. Meanwhile, prepare your cream by combining the whipped cream with the mascarpone, the beaten egg yolks with sugar and egg whites. Then start to compose the tiramisu with the bottom layer of coffee soaked lady fingers. At the center pour the chocolate topping for a soft, even more greedy heart. Place in freezer for at least 2/3 hours and finally cover with the dark chocolate. Garnish with fresh fruit and a few mint leaves and serve.
