Chop the lady fingers until a fine powder. Combine marscapone with sugar and mix with electric beaters.

Aside from work the mascarpone with the sugar, helping with electric whips. Add lady finger crumbs, coffee and mix. Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Take a small amount of dough, flatten into the palm of hand. Add a teaspoon of Nutella, form a ball and roll in cocoa powder.
Keep in the refrigerator until serving.
