Schiacciata is a classic Tuscan flatbread or focaccia. My favorite place for schiacciata in Florence is Pugi. Focacceria Pugi has 3 locations in Florence: Piazza San Marco, Via S. Gallo and Via G. Orsini. Here is a video showing all of the Tuscan treats you will find at Pugi.
