Mold 22 cm For the Pasta Brisè
200 g flour 00
75 g Extra virgin olive oil
75 g Cold water
400 g Cooked spinach
200 g Ricotta
2 small eggs
Salt and pepper
1 Mozzarella
80 g Speck or ham
