Whip the cream and add the mascapone, coffee, honey and hazelnut cream. Stuff the cookies with cream to create sandwich biscuits. Moisten in milk and cold coffee for a few seconds and arrange them vertically into the pan. Cover the cookies with the cream mixture. Leave in the fridge for 3 hours. Sprinkle unsweetened cocoa powder on top of the cake and serve!
