- Butter 15 gr
- Amatriciana Sauce
- Parmesan to taste
- Breading 2 eggs- Mozzarella 100 gr -Breadcrumbs to taste

- Guanciale 300gr
- Peeled tomatoes / puree 700gr
- Pecorino / Parmesan cheese 120 gr
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Chilli and salt to taste
- White wine 20 cl
