Sfogliatelle salate


1 rectangular roll of puff pastry
olive oil
2 peppers
1 sausage crumbled
1 egg yolk

1. Cut the roll of pasta into three strips and overlay them by brushing each surface with melted butter.
2. Roll and store in a freezer for at least one hour.
3. Fry the onion in the oil, add the peppers and salt and after 10 minutes the sausage crumbled. Ultimate cooking for another 10 minutes.
4. Cut the roll of pasta into circles of about 1 cm and mold them by giving them the shape of a sfogliatella.
5. Sprinkle with peppers, brush on the surface an egg yolk and bake at 375° for 15/20 minutes.
