Pope Francis Canonizes Mother Teresa
Mother Teresa was declared a saint by Pope Francis in a canonization mass in Rome today. Approximately 120,000 people gathered in St. Peter’s Square in Vatican City for this mass wherein Mother Teresa was proclaimed a saint. Mother Teresa, saint of the gutters, was known for her dedicated work for the poor.
