INGREDIENTS
1 TBSP PLUS 1 TSP (20 ML) HOT CHOCOLATE
1 TBSP PLUS 1 TSP (20 ML) ESPRESSO
FRESH HEAVY CREAM

PREPARATION
1. Prepare the hot chocolate in the pitcher and pour it into the glass.
2. Prepare the Espresso directly into the same glass, on top of the hot chocolate.
3. Shake up the very cold cream in the mini shaker: this should reach a fairly thick consistency.
4. With a mixing spoon, gently add the whipped cream on top of the Espresso, filling the glass to the brim, then serve.
