Aperol Olive Oil Cake

Aperol Olive Oil Cake is a quick and easy cake to make.

For the cake: Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes

1 1/2 cups of flour

2 teaspoons of baking powder

1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

1 cup of sugar

1 cup of plain whole milk yogurt

2 teaspoons of grated lemon zest

3 extra large eggs

2 tablespoons of Aperol liquor

1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil

For the glaze

1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 cup of confectioners sugar

2 tablespoons Aperol
