TORTA CAPRESE AL LIMONE

TORTA CAPRESE AL LIMONE INGREDIENTS

250 g almond flour (or ground almonds)                                                                                                                                                                150 g of powdered sugar
60 g cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
zest of two lemons
200 g of grated white chocolate
6 eggs
100 ml extra virgin olive oil
almond flakes to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl we pour the Combine almond flour and icing sugar; mix the ingredients with a spatula.
Add the cornstarch, baking powder, and the zest of lemons.
Mix thoroughly all dry elements and add the white chocolate previously grated by hand.

Beat the eggs until they double in volume;
Combine the eggs to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly adding the extra virgin olive oil.
Pour the mixture in a floured baking tray( 26 cm )versiamoci the compound [11]. Decorate with almonds.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve when it is completely cooled.
