Lemon & Basil Fettuccine

Lemon & Basil Fettuccine is a quick and easy dish that has a no cook sauce.  Perfect for summer as it is light and fresh but also has a zing to it.   The ingredients are few so it is likely you have them on hand.  Just gather olive oil, parmesan cheese, basil and a lemon for this dish.
