INGREDIENTS:
Using a MOLD 36×12 cm
FOR THE SHORTBREAD:
220 g flour
100 g Sugar
100 g Butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp Baking yeast
salt
FOR THE STUFFING:
300 g White and chocolate mixed dry biscuits
100 g Sour cherries in syrup
3 tablespoons black cherry or cherry jam
FOR THE FROSTING:
80 g Powdered sugar
10 g Egg white
Zest of 1/2 lemon
