Ingredients:
Dough
570g flour
250ml milk 50g of olive oil
10g of salt
a pinch of sugar,
15g of yeast
1 egg
Filling
Broccolirabe
Crumbled Sausage
Provolone Cheese
Parmesan

Directions
Mix all ingredients, form a dough and let it rise for a few hours until it has doubled in volume. Roll out the dough, creating a rectangle about 3/4 of it and disponeteci turnip greens cooked, crumbled sausage, provolone and Parmesan. The remaining dough, divide it into 21 strips and formed of pigtails. Roll up, put your crown in a mold of 24cm and brush with beaten egg. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes
