This Christmas tree tart is not only delicious, but it makes a great presentation! The tart is filled with raspberry and apricot jam but you can also substitute your favorite jams.
- Ingredients for a 30×40 cm baking pan
- Shortcrust pastry:
- 270 g of flour 00
- 150 g of butter at room temperature
- 85 g of powdered sugar
- 1 medium egg
- lemon peel
- a pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 200 g of raspberry jam
- 30 g of apricot jam
- sprinkles to taste
