Christmas tree tart

This Christmas tree tart is not only delicious, but it makes a great presentation! The tart is filled with raspberry and apricot jam but you can also substitute your favorite jams.

  • Ingredients for a 30×40 cm baking pan
  • Shortcrust pastry:
  • 270 g of flour 00
  • 150 g of butter at room temperature
  • 85 g of powdered sugar
  • 1 medium egg
  • lemon peel
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 200 g of raspberry jam
  • 30 g of apricot jam
  • sprinkles to taste
