Braided Pizza
Here’s a braided pizza filled with lots of flavor!
This recipe shows how to make the dough from scratch but you can also use pre-made pizza dough. Think 3 different pizzas closed up and braided together. You can also vary the ingredients to your favorite toppings to make your special masterpiece. Each bite is uniquely different.
This braided pizza is great for parties, lunch or any time you need a little snack!

500 g Flour 0
300/320 ml Water (slightly lukewarm)
6/8 g Brewer’s yeast
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
10 g Salt Tomato sauce
Provola or Caciocavallo
Baked ham
Ricotta cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese
Black olives
Oil
salt
oregano
basil
