Sgroppino

Sgroppino an Italian classic frozen cocktail is a refreshing drink during the summer months.  Normally made with only lemon sorbet, vodka and proscecco, here’s a video kicking it up a notch adding Campari to the mix.  Also, different flavors of sorbet are also used in addition to the traditional lemon sorbet in this video.

Ingredients

1 scoop lemon sorbet

.5 oz vodka

.25 oz campari

4 oz proscecco
