Tiramisù arrotolato


lady fingers
250g of mascarpone
100g of whipped cream
4 yolks
100g sugar
cocoa bitter q.b.
chocolate chips

Dip the lady fingers s in milk and coffee and place them in two lines on the saran wrap. Cover with other wrap. and place in a freezer for two hours. Meanwhile, prepare the cream by combining the mascarpone with the icing sugar, the yolks, bitter coffee and the whipped cream. Remove the lady finger base from the freezer and spread over the cream with chocolate drops. Then roll up slowly and very gently. Decorate with whipped cream and bitter cocoa juice and serve immediately.

Place the yolks in a bowl and start mixing them. Meanwhile, prepare a saucepan with 50g of sugar and 25g of water and let it cook in low heat. When the syrup is ready, pour it into the yolks and continue to mount. This way the eggs will be totally safe!
