Puff pastry pie with jam and custard

This puff pastry pie with jam and custard is easy to make and when completed, it looks like you brought it home from the bakery.

This recipe uses raspberry jam but of course you can substitute your favorite flavor of jam.

2 rolls of rectangular puff pastry

20 g of sugar

150 g of raspberry jam

500 g of milk

4 egg yolks

120 g of sugar

40 g of corn starch

Lemon peel

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
