The history of the local began in the ’30s, when Gigino Dell’Amura invented “pizza by the meter”.
Today Gigino’s son continues to keep alive the tradition of the “pizza by the meter” managing one of the most renowned restaurants in Campania, which was given the title of University of pizza.
The large restaurant has two floors plus an outdoor space to accommodate up to 1400 guests. There is a ground floor style 60-70 years, a first floor completely renovated, modern and elegant, and a wonderful garden room with a capacity of 400 seats.
In addition to the wide variety of pizzas from Pizza a Metro you can sample pasta dishes, seafood specialties and delicious desserts, all made with top quality products, according to the best traditions of the bell.
