Ingredients
375 g of instant polenta
1.5 l of water
300 g of mushrooms
500 g of sausage
1/2 carrot
1/2 shallot
1 clove of garlic
400 ml of tomato sauce
1/2 glass of white wine
grated Parmesan cheese
chopped parsley
salt
extra virgin olive oil
