L’arancinotto

Arancini are stuffed rice balls that are dipped in egg, covered with breadcrumbs and fried.  This Sicilian street food has a variety of fillings but the most popular are usually filled with ragù (meat sauce), tomato sauce, mozzarella, and/or peas.
