For the Cheesecake Base
200g amaretti
100g melted butter

For The Cheesecake Cream
250g chocolate covered nougat
500ml fresh cream
250g of mascarpone cheese
200g spreadable cheese
100g of sugar
12g of gelatin in sheets
a few drops of almond flavor

For Garnish
1/3 chocolate covered nougat
half of the whipping cream
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
